Bit of Meraki operates as a wholesale supplier of handcrafted home goods from India. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 20 units per product
• Pricing: All prices are in USD and subject to change
• Shipping: $50 per 20 units, shipped from India
• Import Duties: Estimated 10% customs duty for USA imports (may vary)

2. Orders & Payment

• All orders are considered final upon payment confirmation
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Prices include product cost only; shipping and duties are additional
• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Products ship from India to your specified address
• Estimated delivery: 4-8 weeks (can be as fast as 2 weeks)
• Tracking information provided once shipped
• Buyer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes
• We are not responsible for customs delays

4. Product Information

• All products are handcrafted by artisans in India
• Natural variations in color, texture, and size are inherent to handmade goods
• Product images are representative; slight variations may occur
• Dimensions and specifications are approximate

5. Returns & Replacements

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and international shipping:

• No monetary refunds — we offer free replacement only
• Replacement requests accepted within 14 days of delivery for defective items
• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Contact us with photos before returning any items

Quality Guarantee: If you receive a defective item, we will replace it free of charge — no questions asked.

6. Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders if our artisan partners are unable to fulfill them. In such cases, you will receive a full refund. We will notify you as soon as possible if this situation arises.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bit of Meraki is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products.
