The reason why handmade products are popular is because each product is unique in their own way. We do try and make sure all products are of superior quality and are perfect for you. However, there might be slight differences in color/patterns from piece to piece sometimes due to the nature of their work. This is the reason why we don't hold large inventories of these items.

All products will have care instructions on them. However, since most of these products are handmade and delicate due to the nature of their work, we would recommend treating them with care i.e. not using bleach, washing them separately and not too often.
Absolutely not ! People might think handmade products are damaged due to a thread coming out from a rug or a crochet not done right. This is only because artisans use natural ingredients to make these products and the ingredient quality + handwork might slightly differ in some.
We know how exciting it is to receive a new package in your mail !! We will ideally ship your product within 1-2 business days. We might take a couple additional days if the order is placed on a holiday or a weekend.
While we would love to ship to our customers for free, we're trying hard to reach that level of sustenance as a brand. And with your support it's not too far. For now however, we do charge for shipping.
If you ask for a refund on the product then we will be refunding the original shipping cost that you paid when you placed your order. If you bought multiple products then the shipping cost will be refunded according to the weight of the item returned.
