Wholesale shipping fees are calculated as per weight and zip code of the location and will be calculated at checkout. If you are based out of USA you might be charged additional duties when you receive the shipment. FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

To process your return, please fill out: Return Form

REFUND/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

• For any products that are received damaged please contact us at info@bitofmeraki.com within 7 days of receipt of the products.
• We will require you to share pictures & description of the damaged product 
• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• All the tags and labels are intact and undamaged
• The shipping will be paid for by Bit of Meraki Team

UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM:

• You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your product.
• Item will be verified and processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate  and exchange/refund as per your decision
• In case of an exchange - We will work with you and make sure its shipped to you within 2 days of receiving the damaged product (given the SKU is in stock)
• In case of a refund - Please allow 7-12 business days to process and receive the credit (may vary based on your form of payment).
• Delivery shipping fees are not refundable.

**Please Note** - In case of refunds, if defective products are not received as per photos shared we will deduct 20% from the refund due.
