FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
To process your return, please fill out: Return Form
REFUND/EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY
- For any products that are received damaged please contact us at info@bitofmeraki.com within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- We will require you to share pictures & description of the damaged product
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- All the tags and labels are intact and undamaged
- The shipping will be paid for by Bit of Meraki Team
UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM:
- You will receive an email confirming that we’ve received your product.
- Item will be verified and processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate and exchange/refund as per your decision
- In case of an exchange - We will work with you and make sure its shipped to you within 2 days of receiving the damaged product (given the SKU is in stock)
- In case of a refund - Please allow 7-12 business days to process and receive the credit (may vary based on your form of payment).
- Delivery shipping fees are not refundable.
**Please Note** - In case of refunds, if defective products are not received as per photos shared we will deduct 20% from the refund due.
